How to get a repeat prescription
Repeat prescriptions are normally for patients with long-term conditions who receive regular treatment. Your doctor will decide who can have a repeat prescription. From time to time we will ask you to see your doctor to review your medication. We do this to monitor your illness and medication.
You can request a non-urgent repeat script by using your ManageMyHealth(MMH)

, leaving the relevant details on our script line or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Faxing prescriptions to your pharmacy
We can fax your script to the pharmacy of your choice. Please ensure you let us know which pharmacy. Please note that most pharmacies will charge you to receive your script this way.
